How often should I use it?
10 minutes, 3–5 times a week, on clean dry skin. Consistency matters more than longer sessions.
Can I use it with my serums?
Use the mask on clean skin, then apply your serum and moisturiser straight after. If you use strong actives such as retinol or acids, use them on different evenings, or ask your dermatologist.
Does it get hot or hurt?
No. LED light feels gently warm at most. There is no UV light.
Is it safe for my eyes?
Do not look directly into the LEDs. Close your eyes during sessions and use the eye shields included in the box.
Who should not use it?
Speak to a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, take medication that makes you sensitive to light, or have a light-sensitive skin or eye condition.
Can two people share it?
Yes. Wipe the inside of the mask with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use.
Can I return it or get a refund?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If your device arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we replace it. Manufacturing faults within 1 year are repaired or replaced under the warranty.
How fast is delivery?
2–3 days in Bengaluru and 7–10 days to the rest of India, free on orders of ₹3,500 or more. You get a tracking number by email once your parcel is posted.
