Who we are

This policy covers Anjali Sanghvi LLP, which operates the Dahr brand ("Dahr", "we"), 1655, 27th Main, HSR Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102, and the website www.dahr.in.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order details. We also collect basic device and browsing data through cookies to keep the cart working and understand site usage.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies that keep your cart and checkout working are always on. With your permission (the cookie banner on first visit) we also use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These stay off until you press Accept, and you can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayU. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials. PayU handles this data under its own privacy policy.

How we use your data

To process and deliver orders, send order and shipping updates, handle returns and support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations. We send marketing messages only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

India Post and other courier partners (to deliver your order), PayU (to take payment), analytics and advertising providers (Google, Microsoft, Meta) only if you accepted cookies, and government authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to us at support@dahr.in and we will respond within 30 days.
