How do I pay?

Checkout runs on PayU. You can pay with UPI, credit or debit cards, netbanking and wallets.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship only within India. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days within Bengaluru and 7 to 10 business days to the rest of India, counted from the day your order is confirmed. These are estimates and can be affected by weather, strikes and courier delays. Delivery is free on orders of ₹3,500 or more; otherwise the charge is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancelling within 24 hours of placing your order is free. After 24 hours, an order that has not been dispatched can be cancelled with a ₹100 cancellation fee. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@dahr.in with your order number.

Can I return a device or get a refund?

No. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If your device arrives broken or damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we will replace it. Manufacturing faults within 1 year are repaired or replaced under the warranty.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, water exposure or unauthorised repair is not covered.

How often should I use an LED device?

Follow the session length and frequency in the user manual that comes with your device.

Can everyone use LED light therapy?

Speak to a doctor before use if you are pregnant, take medication that increases light sensitivity, have epilepsy, or have a light-sensitive skin or eye condition.
