How often should I use it?
2–3 times a week is plenty for most skin types.
Does it hurt?
No. Keep the blade flat and use light pressure.
Who should not use it?
Do not use the EMS mode if you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or if you are pregnant. Avoid broken or irritated skin.
Can I return it or get a refund?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If your device arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we replace it. Manufacturing faults within 1 year are repaired or replaced under the warranty.
How fast is delivery?
2–3 days in Bengaluru and 7–10 days to the rest of India, free on orders of ₹3,500 or more. You get a tracking number by email once your parcel is posted.
