About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from www.dahr.in. Dahr is a brand of Anjali Sanghvi LLP, 1655, 27th Main, HSR Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102 (GSTIN 29ABYFA6993P1ZX). By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Payment

Payment is taken through PayU at checkout. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

Shipping

We ship only within India. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days within Bengaluru and 7 to 10 business days to the rest of India, counted from the day your order is confirmed. These are estimates and can be affected by weather, strikes and courier delays. Delivery is free on orders of ₹3,500 or more; otherwise the shipping charge is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Cancellation, refunds and replacements

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on dispatched items. Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing them; after 24 hours an order that has not been dispatched can be cancelled with a ₹100 cancellation fee, and dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Devices that arrive broken or damaged are replaced (not refunded) if reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Manufacturing faults within 1 year are repaired or replaced under the warranty. The full details are on our Refund and cancellation page.

Warranty

Every device comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, water exposure or unauthorised repair is not covered.

Product use

Our devices are cosmetic and personal care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Read the user manual before use and speak to a doctor if you have a medical condition.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
